2000 mi When I first got my car, it started developing a shimmy/vibration, so took it to the dealer. The dealer was very reluctant to do the work. They rebalanced the wheel for free but still didn't fix the problem. I went to the dealership, but this time the dealership where I bought the car from and brought it in because it was still shimmying. Told after waiting for like 3 hrs that it was normal. So came back from the dealership and noticed after the wheel balancing that the steering wheel was off-center and crooked slightly to the left. So went back there and after 3hrs again, told that it was normal. How is it normal?
