Why the 2008 Honda Civic?

Reliability & durability

It is a low maintenance, low cost to own, and long lasting small vehicle that can be driven "worry free".

Price or payments

It is the "fastest" car under $20k and very fun to drive for the price. You do not feel like you are driving an "economy" car.

Exterior styling

Very sharp looking, especially with the Si package.

Insurance cost

Insurance payments are low for the this category of car and depreciation is the lowest among any car on the road whether in the same class or not.

Why Not the 2008 Honda Civic?

Ride smoothness

Since it is a "sports" car of sorts, the lower and tighter suspension makes you feel every bump in the road.

Dealer practices

It was a high pressure experience aimed at squeezing every cent out of the customer.

Discounts & incentives

Since it is supposed to be high end Civic, dealer allocation for these units is low and the dealer will usually create an artificial aura of demand to reduce any discounts/incentives.
