I call it the 50s Buick of the 21st century. I have never driven a car that is as comfortable as the Azera, especially on long trips. I have driven it for 9 hours at a time without feeling tired. Not bad for someone who is 66 years old.
I have the 3.3 engine which is quite good on gas mileage, averaging over 25mpg with a good mix of country and city driving. The power is exceptional considering the 3.3 is pulling a fairly heavy car.
When I took delivery of the Azera, I noticed that all body panels were perfectly lined up. The Koreans did a nice job of building it. The interior materials seem to be of a better quality than most other cars in this price range.
All I can say is HUGE, HUGE, HUGE. The mafia would have loved the Azera trunk. I used to own a 78 Lincoln Town Car. The Azera trunk may be as big, if not bigger, than that boat. I have a Santa Fe for towing so cannot give an opinion for the Azera.
