Replace 4 qts of oil and one qt of transmission fluid to clean the engine of deposits possibly solving the problem. Never had the issue again after 1k miles. Changed the oil back to regular oil and still no issue. The issue was eitehr solved by the tranny oil cleaning whatever was stuck or low oil not sure.
