plastic cap for one of three latches to secure child seat from cargo bay cracked in 3 pieces, tried superglue but cracked again when items placed in trunk, had to order entire assembly to replace cap
57000 mi upholstery on one of the door handles has split at seam, revealing foam rubber underneath. No action has been taken. No trip has been made.
58700 mi Since mobile glass unit repaired second of two rock dings in windshield (pressing tool into windshield), there's been a rattle upper passenger's side trim. Pushed around trim panels; seems to have disappeared.
62700 mi

US $10
Passenger side AC vent squeaking loudly; removed per online manual, lined with Velcro. Passenger side window control panel squeaking, pried off, lined with hobby shop felt. Pass side radio cover & defrost vents still rattle but can't remove
66200 mi

US $5
passenger door still rattling; removed door panel, lined contact points with stick on foam
91000 mi

US $2
Cheap plastic knob to control latch rod to release spring activated folding release for passenger side rear seat (larger, heavier side) broke off in fist for the second time. Bloodied knuckles (again) reaching into receptacle with pliers and razor blade to remove residual plastic from rod threads. Had to order replacement part from local dealer (not available aftermarket). Dealer ordered wrong part; but found old spare with part # in basement. Red line on threaded post apparently indicates how far part can vibrate loose before cracking when pulled.
93000 mi

US $113
headlights turn on but were not lighting road. Plastic panels over headlights severly clouded and yellow on the inside but heat sealed. Cannot be removed for polishing/deoxidizing without hair dryer, acetone thinner, etc. Replaced entire perfectly working left and right headlight assemblies and adjusted aim direction..
93000 mi

US $30
cracked moulding assembly rear passenger side--"delta" (triangle behind rear window). Ordered dealer part online, popped interior panel with flat screwdriver, removed 3 screws, dropped window glass to slide out and replace exterior plastic panel
96000 mi

US $30
Rust under bottom of hatch taillight (recurring) and on bottom lip of interior of driver's side front door. No other doors are rusted.; Driver's door weatherstrip or paint seal seems broken, forming trough for rain. Could be from deformation of undercarriage owing to no flat jack points for hydraulic jack, or from prior from repair of outside plastic molding not tight enough to prevent water from entering door and draining out bottom. Sanded rust spots. Sprayed rusty metal primer up under taillight housing since cannot remove it without removing entire trunk assembly. Applied primer, main color, and clear top coat from spray can with queue tip. Rubbed marine silicone over bottom lip on interior of door to block rain from pooling..
