Best Reason Not to Buy the Hyundai Santa Fe: Materials & workmanship Some rattling common just because the build quality, interior is I would say subpar. Sometimes the seatbeats smack again the side of the door and if I only open the back windows then it is just a nuisance. I previously had a Dodge Ram 1500 Quadcab 4x4 which got an average of 11-12 MPG in the same conditions. Gas prices have driven me to change vehicles. A member from Texas, United States Best Reason to Buy the Hyundai Santa Fe: Past personal experience I was in a rollover where I was knocked into a concrete barrier traveling over 55 mph. The Santa Fe protected the passenger cabin while the rest of the vehicle was crushed. I walked out of the wreck with only a scratch on my head.
