I think the brand is extremely reliable. My 1997 Nissan Maxima has 236k miles and still going. To this day I never 2nd guess about driving my car on 6hr trips. I used to wrk for Nissan and seen many cars come in for reg maintaince with over 300k miles. full 2006 Nissan Titan review
