3-series performance without the payment, better pricing on options
Ride smoothness
Sport package is noticeably stiffer that base, in a good way. Not as smooth as BMW, but did not compare M-Sport option on 335i so not apples to apples
Reliability & durability
Never had a problem in 25k miles of owning original G35, and reviews of G37 show similar results.
