Why the 2004 Jaguar X-Type?

Safety & braking

AWD drive is great in inclement weather, and this car tops it off by having an especially impressive safety record.

Why Not the 2004 Jaguar X-Type?

Materials & workmanship

On the outside, the car is flawless, and the major interior parts are good quality. HOWEVER, Jaguar skimped on the quality of some of the interior trim, like the vanity mirrors: both were already broken at 27,000 miles and render the sun visors useless.

Rear seat room & comfort

For one or two people, the car is great, but there is no back seat legroom. Jaguar apparently decided that a trunk with space for a couple of golf bags was more important than a back seat with space for adults, so decide based on your own priorities.
