May 2013	Wife received Service 4WD Message. Dealer replaced 4WD transfer case control module. Tested another 160-170 miles and returned car to us as fixed, safe. Service 4WD Light on again. Car stereo/Nav was cutting out while driving back to dealer -- this is what happened when car first died. Car is still at dealer at this point, we are filing for Lemon buyback.

I was told the vehicle did not shudder early on because the torque converter does not perform normally for the first 2,000 miles; the shudder is now normal.
