A member from Ohio, United States Best Reason to Buy the Kia Rio: Discounts & incentives I could have bought this vehicle for just over $10,000. It had the same options as my Nissan Versa. Best Reason Not to Buy the Kia Rio: Ride smoothness It was simply a rattle trap. You could feel every bump. The cornering was terrible when entering the freeway. The suspension and shocks are cheap and the car oversteers worse than any other car I have ever driven used or new.
