| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 110-horsepower 1.6L I4 4-speed automatic FWD | i went in with set price and style i wanted, i got it. insurance was cheap on it. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 110-horsepower 1.6L I4 5-speed manual FWD | The car in base model is very resonably priced in my opinion. Even my LX (ps, ac, am/fm cd) was a great deal. The dealership gave the max. on my trade in (110%) and I drove away with a payment $50 less per month and 2 years less! |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 110-horsepower 1.6L I4 4-speed automatic FWD | $14K for a car like this is pretty good. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 96-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD | It came with AM/FM/CD, power steering and air conditioning for $6995 for a new car. |

| 2007 | 4dr SUV 300-horsepower 5.4L V8 6-speed automatic 4WD w/low range | I bought used with 20K miles on it when gas was $4/gallon. Used prices were very depressed relative to new; try to find one with low miles, relatively new and in great shape. Plan on keeping this one for 7-8 yrs (if you can afford the gas). |
| 2007 | 4dr SUV, ext. 300-horsepower 5.4L V8 6-speed automatic 4WD w/low range | Best priced. |
| 2003 | 4dr SUV 260-horsepower 5.4L V8 4-speed automatic 4WD w/low range | The price we got the Expedition for was far less than any comparible vehicle. We looked at Suburbans and everything in between and they were all asking waaay to much. |

| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 110-horsepower 1.6L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
Last Kia I sat in was about 8 years earlier - cheap flimsy plastic. When I sat in the Rio, I was immediately impressed by the improvements they have made. When I get passengers who have never ridden in a Kia before, they often say they are surprised to. |

| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 110-horsepower 1.6L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
cheap material on seats but nice style. outside molding around windows started to crumble away |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 96-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
It was built with the cheapest materials possible. Replaced OEM tires with cheapest ones I could find and the car handled better than it did brand new. Carpet is amazingly thin, etc. |
