Even after describing when symptoms occur clearly on work order, mechanic only checks vehicle when level/flat and therefore states nothing is wrong and that E-Brake is working properly. Owner had to get in car with mechanic to prove to him the problem. They claim adjustment made but symptoms still occur. Dealership states there is no more adjustment and will not replace the necessary e-brake parts/hardware to fix issue. If it isn't broke, won't fix it mentality/coverage. | ||
