Lexus is arguably the most reliable and safe vehicle available
Our 2010 IS 250 has given us 30 mph highway mileage. I consider it very very good.
It is top notch, or at least historicaly. Lexus commands respect.

This is the Achilles heel to Lexus. The 2009 RX 350 and now our 2010 IS 250 both have lousy build and workmanship. Cheap, pieces falling off, cheesy interior. Very inferior to many other vehicles in same league. Last several years quality has cratered
Very, very harsh, noisy, cheap. Feels like an old Ford escort, unbelievable for a Luxury Road sedan.
Lousey seats: uncomfortable and build is cheap and not conforming to human posture. But, seems last several years most cars have lousey, cheap and uncomfortable seats.
Very cheap, lacking in congruency and class. Venza and Camry look better on inside than this thing. Only reason we stick with Lexus is due to reliability. Our first Lexus a 2001 RX 350 now that was class and quality and feel...comfortable, competent.
