Why the 2006 Mazda Mazda3?

Cargo capacity

Split fold down rear seats enlarge the cargo area. Large hatch access allows for storage of large, bulky items.

Exterior styling

Modern without looking dated, meaning the style will age well. Looks sleek and fast even when the vehicle is parked. The vehicle does not look the least bit boring or utilitarian.

Handling

Tight and crisp with responsive electric power steering. Low profile tires enable the vehicle to be thrown into tight curves aggressively. This vehicle can literally turn on a dime.

Fuel economy

My daily commute of 37 miles each way yields an impressive 32mpg on the highway.

Powertrain performance

Responsive and peppy. Although 1st and 2nd gear have a slight lag in acceleration, the higher gears have zero problems when responding to full throttle. The Auto-stick transmission shifts well and is smooth as silk.
