I believe that the problem is due to a bad ground somewhere as the only time I lose occasional ignition is when the turn signal is flashing and other loads happening (or so it seems). I added more grounding wire to hopefully eradicate the issue as I believe it's due to an intermittent bad ground state. Also reconnected the ECU to see if dirt / capacitance build up may be an issue. The turn signal flasher (controlled by ECU main computer) is what causes the ignition grounding most times. I am still guessing, but hopeful it's "just a bad ground" and not the ECU itself. Intermittent and the ignition comes back on quickly in just ONE time at the beginning of the first flash... After that it doesn't do the ignition shut-off more than once and the car recovers quickly, even at-speed. Very little momentum loss just a "flicker" like a reset.
