Problem resolved itself when the weather dried out. It has since recurred twice under the same conditions, resolving itself each time.

(Replace both Water Pump, 82 US$ and Pulley, 12 US$) - Crankshaft Pulley was little unbalance due to the core rubber deteriorated, caused noise when starting the engine. (Replace new Crankshaft Pulley, 166 US$, and new serpentine belt, 52 US$)

During driving, the engine was shut off with the engine lamp buzzed and couldn't start the engine. Checking by Mazda Service Centre with ECU diagnosis and found the faulty Crankshaft Position Sensor Wiring was broken. Repaired the wire, OK.
