Exterior styling
I line the new body style a lot better than the past C-Class Mercedes. It more refined and stylish.
Safety & braking
I like the safety features offered by Mercedes
Powertrain performance
The car is peppy, handles very good, fun to drive
Feature availability
I love the panoramic roof, speed sensing wipers, brake boost, system monitoring warning of lights out, etc.
Materials & workmanship
Seems to be well built, tight tolerances, feels very sturdy and stable.
Dealer practices
There inability to repair my car correctly the first time, two repairs needed 4 trips to fix correctly, several required 2 trips, all but one trip was incompetence, one was waiting for a part.
Past personal experience
DAIMLER, A.G. & MBUSA does NOT support there customers but backs there dealers even when there dealers are clearly wrong. I purchased my Mercedes thinking that MB was the pinnacle of the automotive world. I found out that was clearly not true.
Depreciation
The depreciation is much worse than excepted.
