This is the best car we have owned . I owned a couple of LS 400 Lexus and my wife had a couple of Avalons , each of which are excellent cars . We have owned this E350 4matic sedan since new in 2007 . It has been trouble free. I think the best sales pitch for a new Mercedes is to try an old Mercedes . Very solid with no rattles .
This E350 is Lexus LS Quiet .
Yet it has much better handling and braking than the Lexus . The 4matic is smooth and safe in the snow . This E350 is an excellent all day cruiser especially on 2 lane US highways . The transmission is easy to use for engine braking in the hills / mountains we drive . The V6 Mercedes is surprisingly good in the passing lane .
Although difficult at first the NAV system is easy to use now. The seats are comfortable . The soft interior lighting is second to none at night. The surround sound stereo is outstanding.
