Jun 2011 0 bank 4 coil went bad due to water getting inside the socket well. Have a slight knocking sound from motor I'm being told is normal but should not be, Ive never heard a motor sound like this one and 2008 at that. 
Jan 2012 64700 75 Changed the spark plugs + fuel and air filter. 
Aug 2012 78000 275 Had to replace main heater hose, special part, dealer only item, $200 cheepest online. $75 for labor. Clamp was just seeping coolant but can't use regular hose clamps because Ford chose plastic clamps. The whole assy. had to be replaced.

Oct 2012 39000 100 After a radiator flush at the dealership, my radiator started leaking. Took the car back to dealer and they pressured tested the radiator to confirm a leak in the seam. My extended warranty covered the repair except for the $100 deductible. 
Feb 2013 42000 101 Check engine light came on during a 90 mile trip. Took it to dealer and they discovered that the thermostat was stuck open. Replaced thermostat.
