Timing chain tensioner apparently left loose by dealer in last dealer service, while a washer or re-torquing of the bolt would have fixed it, shop said they would have to replace it to fix the large oil leak from the tensioner, at $250. Requested part to be returned for inspection but they said they forgot and threw it away.
40000 mi Carbon build-up. They cleaned it up using walnut shells, or something like that. It was covered by the warranty. No cost out of pocket.
5000 mi Car was dying immediately upon starting randomly and a warning light was going on and off. Had to have the car towed because I didnt want to drive it, and was given a replacement car for 2 days. This same problem happened 2 times so far
