What Our Members Are Saying about the Price of the the Mitsubishi Lancer
| Price of the Mitsubishi Lancer: Pros | ||
| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2011 | 4dr Sedan 148-horsepower 2.0L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT FWD | Was a little higher than I wanted but got the Price to where I could go new rather than used. Payments at $200 mo. |
| 2010 | 4dr Sedan 168-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT FWD | Thousands less than other cars I looked at with comparable features. Was interested in a car with paddle shifting. Looked at Acura TSX, Lexus IS 250, Mazda 6 and others. Got car for under dealer invoice. |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 168-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT FWD | Good price for gts with navi 23800 sticker payed 21000 less 1000 rebate |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 168-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT FWD | Good, got it for 2.5k under MSRP. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 152-horsepower 2.0L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT FWD | I paid $19,500 for a fully loaded Lancer GTS - easily beating what that could have cost me in a fully-loaded Civic (with less features). |
| 2005 | 4dr Sedan 120-horsepower 2.0L I4 5-speed manual FWD | It had 0% for 5 years and I liked that. |
| Price of the Mitsubishi Lancer: Cons | ||
| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 152-horsepower 2.0L I4 CVT FWD | At the time Aug. 2009 I paid out the door $30,500 canadian, no flexibility in price negotiations but to be fair it was new to Canada. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan turbocharged 291hp 2.0L I4 5-speed manual AWD | Nothing, but would of bought instead if I knew they were going to offer 0% financing a month later. |

| 2012 | 2dr Coupe 305-horsepower 3.7L V6 6-speed manual RWD | Less than $25k out the door w/ all taxes & other BS ain't bad for a 300hp car that drives this well and this fast. |
| 2011 | 2dr Coupe 412-horsepower 5.0L V8 6-speed manual RWD | 2 thousand dollars less than its competitors. |
| 2010 | 2dr Coupe 210-horsepower 4.0L V6 5-speed manual RWD | The 2010 in December was a great price! Even though this is my fun vehicle ( I have eight others, I can easily afford the payments and insurance. Actually, adding this to the "fleet" only added an addition $53 to my six-month premiums. |
| 2007 | 2dr Coupe 300-horsepower 4.6L V8 5-speed manual RWD | I can't believe how reasonably priced this car was. |
| 2005 | 2dr Coupe 210-horsepower 4.0L V6 5-speed automatic RWD | Alot of car "fun to drive" for a really good price. |
| 2005 | 2dr Coupe 300-horsepower 4.6L V8 5-speed manual RWD | Cheap for the performance level, and cheap to own long term. |
| 2002 | 2dr Coupe 190-horsepower 3.8L V6 5-speed manual RWD | Very cheap car for the performance and styling even in the 6 cylinder model. |

| 2010 | 2dr Coupe 315-horsepower 4.6L V8 5-speed manual RWD | More expensive than the V6, may not be in everyones price bracket. |

| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 152-horsepower 2.0L I4 CVT FWD |
It feels like a solid car. I have only had one thing wrong with it, and that was the fuel pump getting stuck. It was replaced under warranty though. |

| 2011 | 4dr Hatch 148-horsepower 2.0L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT FWD |
Its rattles have rattles. And those rattles have buzzes. It sounds like the interior is going to self destruct under low RPM. |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 168-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
the plastic trim pieces around the doors and the arm rest area look and feel cheap but then again the car is pretty cheap to start with. |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 168-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT FWD |
Well that is the same thing as relibility |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan turbocharged 291hp 2.0L I4 5-speed manual AWD |
Not bad, better than my last Dodge but could be better still. |

| 2010 | 2dr Convertible 315-horsepower 4.6L V8 5-speed automatic RWD |
Very nice fit and finish. |
| 2007 | 2dr Coupe 300-horsepower 4.6L V8 5-speed manual RWD |
I have driven the car over 10200 miles since Feb 2007, and have had no problems, squeeks, or rattles. It is very well built. The leather on the seating surfaces is perforated and appears it will last. The plastic on the dash could be better executed. |
| 2007 | 2dr Coupe supercharged 500hp 5.4L V8 6-speed manual RWD |
FABULOUS for $45k demographic!!! where can you discover so many technical/engineering things stuffed in a $45k USA supercar?? score Ford!- almost bought the zo6 /zr-1 ///m3 e92 alternatives! put the $30k to $75k into a NON DEPRECIATING 2nd HO |
| 2006 | 2dr Convertible 300-horsepower 4.6L V8 5-speed manual RWD |
Have found nothing of note that was not done very well. |
| 2002 | 2dr Coupe 190-horsepower 3.8L V6 5-speed manual RWD |
Only repair in 6 years was the CD player while under warranty. 80000 miles and very solid. |

| 2013 | 2dr Coupe 420-horsepower 5.0L V8 6-speed manual RWD |
Rattle rattle rattle rattle rattle...noises come from everywhere. I'm writing them all down and will make one trip to the dealer. So far, the seatbelt anchor appears to be rattling, the driver side window, the seat when the lumbar (squeak, squeak) is at its fullest, and also when it's at its lowest setting (squeak, rattle, squeak). It sounds like a 1980s VW. |
| 2008 | 2dr Coupe 210-horsepower 4.0L V6 5-speed manual RWD |
creaks, rattles and moans. cheap hard plastics, shiny center console |
| 2005 | 2dr Convertible 300-horsepower 4.6L V8 5-speed automatic RWD |
Some interior plastics and switches feel cheap. |
