Nissan Canada has 0.9% financing right now on all 2008 models.

Lower than what I was paying on old car!
20084dr Sedan 270-horsepower 3.5L V6
6-speed shiftable CVT FWD
I saw all the rave reviews and features it had, and I thought the car would be around $40,000 CAD at least. However, it turned out to be $30,000 which was in my budget. I took it for a spin and was instantly sold.
20084dr Sedan 175-horsepower 2.5L I4

27K + list, $3,000 down, 24 months at $299 with 15K miles per year. This was a sweet deal.

I lease it for $311/month with added tire/windshield/paintless dent repair. That's with no down payment.
20082dr Coupe 270-horsepower 3.5L V6

not a good value for the money
20084dr Sedan 175-horsepower 2.5L I4

The Altima would have cost us $4000-$5000 more with similar equipment level.
20082dr Coupe 270-horsepower 3.5L V6
6-speed shiftable CVT FWD
When I negotiated for the altima the cheapest the dealership would come down to was just over 25,000. It was the 2.5 sl package (leather, bose stereo, etc. For another 1,400 I bought the accord v6 with the premium stereo, leather, moonroof, etc.
20074dr Sedan 175-horsepower 2.5L I4

The price is a bit on the high side when comparing to domestic automobiles, yet a lot can be said about costumer service and a high quality product. I for one will be a repeat costumer of nissans

20084dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4

While not the bargain they once were, Honda still offers good value for the money. Maintenance costs are relatively low as well.
20084dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
honda lease rate is very good
20084dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
I got good interest rates from Honda. They also paid off the remainder of my lease on my Ford Ranger so I could trade it in 2 months early. There are also many options available on a lease. Overall it was cheaper than a similar Toyota Corolla.
20082dr Coupe 197-horsepower 2.0L I4
6-speed manual FWD
It is the "fastest" car under $20k and very fun to drive for the price. You do not feel like you are driving an "economy" car.
20072dr Coupe 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
Not expensive for what you get.
20074dr Sedan 197-horsepower 2.0L I4
6-speed manual FWD
Overall total cost of ownership was far less than other sporty models, to the tune of over $1200/year, before even considering the lower price and less depreciation.
20072dr Coupe 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed manual FWD
My Civic was reasonably priced and monthly payments are easy on the budget.
20064dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4

Cheap. Got it used from dealer for 16,000 w/only 3,000 miles on it.
20032dr Coupe 127-horsepower 1.7L I4
5-speed manual FWD
Lots of bang for what we paid.
20024dr Sedan 115-horsepower 1.7L I4

This car was within my price range for monthly payments.

20104dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4

A comparable Civic is about $5,000 more than the Forte. Interest rates for 5 year plans were also higher.
20094dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
good sales people but not much in the way of discounts or coming off the sticker or dealing ,at sticker they make at least 1500 per car and they dont really want to deal any off the sticker and say they will sell eventually
20092dr Coupe 140-horsepower 1.8L I4

too expensive
20084dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4

You can expect to pay somewhat of a premium for the name, compared to other cars of similar features/economy.
20084dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
price of 20 k Euro a little too high
20084dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4

20084dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
Too pricey for what you get.
20074dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
Civic is a good vehicle overall, but Honda name commands a higher price with few cutting edge features by comparison to usual (Toyota/ VW /Mazda) and not so common (Hyundai / Kia / Pontiac) rivals.
20072dr Coupe 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
In order to get the features that were comparable to the Elantra I had to at least get the LX model. It would have cost me close to $5,000-7,000 more to get an LX civic coupe versus the final cost of my Elantra.
20072dr Coupe 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed manual FWD
It costs more, with less to offer, than the Scion tC ... unless you can haggle them down on the price. And good luck with that at a Honda dealer.
20064dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
Price was non-negotiable in 2006 it should be better in the current economy.
20034dr Sedan 115-horsepower 1.7L I4
4-speed automatic FWD
Have a high resale value, so it might not be on the top of the list when buying used.
20034dr Sedan 93-horsepower 1.3L I4 Hybrid
5-speed manual FWD
Do not buy a hybrid if you want to save money. It will cost you more than an LX Civic, even in the long run.
20032dr Coupe 115-horsepower 1.7L I4
4-speed automatic FWD
No room for bargaining, and the car was $4000 more than the Protege.

2013 4dr Sedan 270-horsepower 3.5L V6

Nissan has set the bar pretty high on this car. Highly recommended.
2009 4dr Sedan 270-horsepower 3.5L V6
6-speed shiftable CVT FWD
Neat and clean
2008 2dr Coupe 175-horsepower 2.5L I4
6-speed shiftable CVT FWD
looks thoughful and well put together. Interior does not look cheap. I like the keyless ignition, doors and trunk.
2008 2dr Coupe 175-horsepower 2.5L I4
6-speed manual FWD
Fit and finish are excellant very good materials used in interior, not all hard plastics
2008 4dr Sedan 270-horsepower 3.5L V6
6-speed shiftable CVT FWD
The car is made of excellent material for its price and Nissan has been regarded as a very reliable car company for sometime
2007 4dr Sedan 175-horsepower 2.5L I4
6-speed shiftable CVT FWD
Nissan has done a very good job of keeping the nice stuff where you look and feel, unlike others who put obviously cheap plastic where your arm rests or eyes come in contact with on a daly basis
2007 4dr Sedan 270-horsepower 3.5L V6
6-speed shiftable CVT FWD
no squeaks or rattles
2006 4dr Sedan 250-horsepower 3.5L V6

The gaps are consistently narrow and squeaks and creaks are nearly absent.

2013 4dr Sedan 182-horsepower 2.5L I4

Being a big car, I can't help but shake the feeling the car is 'thin' in sheet metal. It's probably going to take some getting used to, but quality is top notch, no loose cables, rattling or misaligned pieces.
2008 2dr Coupe 270-horsepower 3.5L V6
6-speed manual FWD
seems a little more attention to detail was needed
2008 4dr Sedan 175-horsepower 2.5L I4

uneven gaps cheap paint mis-matched colours inside and headlight cover or housing is really cheap !!
2005 4dr Sedan 175-horsepower 2.5L I4
4-speed automatic FWD
Pathetic arm that needs to be put in place to keep the hood up. Cheap plastic on the inside. Rattles.
2004 4dr Sedan 245-horsepower 3.5L V6
5-speed manual FWD
The interior simply looks cheap and ill-fitting, and the controls operated with a less positive feel than I would expect from a car of this price.
2002 4dr Sedan 175-horsepower 2.5L I4
5-speed manual FWD
This falls in to small things not meager problems examples armrest metal screws used to screw and hold the armrest in place and that broken now over fitting parts in some places leading to cracks or big rust problem in driver and passenger flor and more.

2009 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
Most cars look good in the showroom. It is over time that the differences in quality are exposed nakedly and beyond dispute. Personal experience and empirical evidence demonstrate the Civic will be squeak and groan free 5 and 10 years down the line.
2009 4dr Sedan 197-horsepower 2.0L I4
6-speed manual FWD
Every surface mates great - inside and out. A little too much flat plastic inside (Mazdaspeed3 is so much better use of plastic).
2008 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed manual FWD
Fit and finish in the interior is most noticeable, although many new cars look good; panel gaps are very precise.
2007 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 1.8L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
For this class of car the interior is nice, although not plush. The seats are generally firm and supportive. This car has a rigid, quality feel, and the body panels are tight.

typical honda...
2007 2dr Coupe 140-horsepower 1.8L I4

Nothing in this car feels low rent to me. All the panels line up nicely and fit together seemlessly. The switches and nobs dont "click clack" when pressed or spun and dont rattle around in their spaces but have a nice heavy feel. The cloth is soft.
2005 4dr Sedan 115-horsepower 1.7L I4
5-speed manual FWD
Civics are tight and solid as the day I bought them even at 12 years and 200K mi on my 93, and 45K on the 05. Like new.
2004 2dr Coupe 127-horsepower 1.7L I4
4-speed automatic FWD
The car was well built and they paid attention to detail. It is almost unpleasant to drive other cars because mine is so well designed.
2003 4dr Sedan 93-horsepower 1.3L I4 Hybrid

Clean design, nice fit and finish, nothing flashy.
2003 2dr Coupe 127-horsepower 1.7L I4

Small items throughout the interior have fallen apart. Rear luggage hooks, handbrake cover, auxiliary input jack, and sun-visors have all failed or are in-process. Center brake-light has also failed. Paint is thin, chips easily, and has degraded quickly. 4.5 years in to ownership the atomic blue paint is in far worse condition than our 11 year old Ford Explorer.
