2008 Nissan Altima 4dr Sedan
175-horsepower 2.5L I4 6-speed shiftable CVT FWD
A clicking noise in the steering.
Passenger Rear tire kept on losing air albeit very slowly (from recommended air pressure to pressure monitoring system alert status- approx 10 days). Problem ongoing since delivery.
Vibration/shimmy between 25-30 mph and 70+ mph. Had this in 2-3 times after delivery; was told this is as good as it gets. (Lived with it until I rode in my dad's Altima- smooth as glass. Dealer wants $40 to balance tires 1st- I called NISSAN 4 asst.
Both front struts replaced due to knocking noise when going over bumps. It was at the dealership for 2 days. I was 1.5 months out of warranty (by time, not miles). Nissan manufacturer warranty is 3/36. I contacted Nissan but they would not cover.
