75000 mi I had a very slight "click" when I accelerated from a stop at low speeds, the "click" was around for a few months and my extended warranty was about to expire, so I took my Frontier to the original dealership, the "click" was harder to diagnose than repair, it turned out that it was an engine rubber mount that had a crack in it, they replaced two motor mounts under warranty, gave me a loaner car. April 2018 update for this repair: this click has gone away, I have not noticed this problem for 5-6 months now.
