When pulled the timing chain cover off, found secondary tensioner on passenger side wore right through, the driver's side had worn badly, but not through. secondary chains had excess slack (play), buzzing sound was the tensioner metal plunger that sits behind the plastic chain guide wore right through, metal to metal plunger to chain noise.
