88600 mi Clunk upon accelerating or decelerating from front right corner. Dealer determined both sides lower control arms were worn out. Also replaced upper strut mounts and struts all covered under extended (100k) warranty. 
91000 mi Alignment sheet from previous trip showed rear suspension was out of spec. It took a bit of persistence to convince them to repair. Rear align is not adjustable and so the whole rear truss needed to be replaced. Align is now in spec. 
77000 mi Noise again from suspension front right corner. Test drove with shop manager. Determined that on previous repair the strut bearing was not replaced with the mount. Offered to replace both at no cost.
