Handling

Traded an Audi A3 for this car and was pleasantly surprised at how well the Jetta handles for a wagon.

Powertrain performance

I tried both the optional DSG and manual 6-speed and really liked the manual and the low-end torque of the motor.

Cargo capacity

My Audi was sitting at home because we need to haul stuff and our dog. The Jetta takes it all and still gets 44-46 on the highway.

Price or payments

Without the federal tax credit and state sales tax deduction, this car would have been almost out of our budget range.

Reliability & durability

VW has had some bad years recently, so I was a little nervous about buying this car. So far so good (5500 miles).
