Powertrain performance

Tons of power, sooo much torque, great V8 sound, amazing cross-drilled brakes. 4sp Tapshift is willing and shifts right, but it could use another gear or two.

I got this GXP for $3k below kbb book value. 303hp for $15k (2 years old, 30k miles)

Handling

Very good response, road holding, grip, brakes, traction, etc. More than I ever use, although the amazing brakes have saved my butt more than once. Use GOOD TIRES!! Also, stability control and FWD is nice in winter.

Rear seat room & comfort

It has a rear seat and 4 doors! Tight for a rear-facing baby seat, though. Put the baby behind the passenger seat.

Fuel economy

17-19 mpg in the city. 25 If I drive on the intersate. 30 is possible at 60mph. Most of my driving is in the city. The beautiful v8 makes it impossible to stay out of the gas, but it can run on REG fuel.

Ride smoothness

Not great. You'll feel most every crack and bump in the road.

Interior styling

Too bland - just black hard plastic. It needs a little carbon or aluminum or chrome accenting.

Quietness

Just perfect. Not Cadillac quiet, but not Honda loud. Just enough engine sound gets in.
