2007 Saturn AURA 4-door

6-cylinder automatic 2WD

19000 mi Rattle noise on front driver side. Very noticable driving under 35 mph and on rougher roads, could not hear over 35 mph. Dealer replaced the steering intermediate shaft...this did not fix the problem. Dealer indicated that the problem was a strut and had to order a part. 10 days for part to be received and strut replaced. 
20000 mi Dealer ordered a new strut & parts which took about 10 days. When parts arrived, dealer found a separate issue that appears to be the result from the manufacturing. The strut casing was not aligned properly. It was repaired. 
29000 mi Rattle noise on both sides, similar to problem reported Jan 08 for the just the driver side. Indicated that the problem could not be replicated ("all cars make that noise"). Saturn is aware of the problem & will determine fix. Will return once Saturn 
7000 mi Replace intermediate shaft on steering. 
2000 mi Power steering whines excessively and causes minor vibration in the steering wheel. Dealer indicates no problem exists, but I don't buy it.
