This is my 2nd new Saturn. My first was a 1998 Saturn SL2 4dr. I had no problems with it and it has 145,000 miles on it and still runs great. So that is why I bought my 2003 Saturn Ion2. I knew that I was getting a good reliable car.
I do like the style of my Ion. The polymer panels are great.My car is bright blue with the grey roof rails. The grey sets off the car being all blue. It is easy to care for and looks great after a good wax job.
I like my Ion for comfort over my SL2.I have no problems on a long drive. The mileage is great. My lowest was 24 during the winter and on a recent trip I got 34 mpg. I have had people ask me how I like the car and I sent one to the dealer.
