Took it in for the same moon roof noise. Left the car for 2 days and nothing was done again. The noise is there everyday to & from work but they just say the noise isn't there. The moon roof started to rattle too recently.

I found a broken part on the moon roof rail of the passenger side. They replaced the whole rail because the broken part is a part of the rail. The noise is gone, but it sucks that "I" had to find the problem rather than them to get it fixed

Noise was still there. Brought the car in. Prove the existence of the noise to the service manager. Dealer kept the car over a month trying to fix it. They were not able to fix it and gave up on fixing it. Dealer won't do anything more.

In case anyone is interested, I uploaded the video of the roof noise on YouTube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mQGLz1RLuE

Hatch door handle broke after a very cold period (down to 8F). No recall on handle at the time but dealer repaired at no cost to us. A couple of months later Toyota released a TSB for this exact problem.
Body needs welding because of rattling, it took two days to fix the rattling noise in the back The upholstery of the sunroof is ripping off still under warranty so they are going to fix it but it takes away to get the part and they are going to replace the whole upholstry
While pushing clutch pedal in and out, a loud squeak from engine bay could be heard. Found rubber boot covering clutch mechanism to be not installed properly, applied chain lube to part and reinstalled boot cover.

Passenger vanity mirror / sun visor broke the internal spring that keeps it sprung closed. I think its repairable, otherwise buying a junkyard replacement
To open hatch you press a bar just above the license plate to release the latch then lift up. The part you lift is cheap plastic. I have seen these broken on several tC's. Bought part online that has better steel reinforcement.
