The 2.4 liter 4 has decent torque as well as more than 20HP more than the Civic; it was one of few cars in its price class that would smoke the tires (the dealer may not appreciate this test method)

Feature availability

17" alloy wheels, 4-wheel discs with ABS, double sunroof, all standard. The Civic at a higher price included none of this.
