Handling
The handling in stock form is pretty decent. Even better when modified.
Safety & braking
Crash tests are good for this car. Also the added traction of AWD is a plus. Brakes for the 05 WRX could stand to be improved however.
Reliability & durability
Thus far, my car has not required any major repairs @ 4 years / 40k.
Fuel economy
I get 20 MPG or less and have to use premium.
Insurance cost
Insurance for a WRX (not even an STi!) can get a little pricey for a single male in CA. Even at the age of 30.
