2005 Subaru Legacy 4dr Wagon

turbocharged 250hp 2.5L H4 5-speed shiftable automatic AWD

50000 mi Took it to the dealer to get driver's seatbelt fixed because it stopped retracting, repairs were done in a few hours and were covered by Subaru lifetime seatbelt warranty.
41000 mi A "whirring sound" developed over time. I suspected wheel bearings but not sure if it was front or back. The shop dealer diagnosed it as the rear wheel bearings. So both Left and Right rear wheel bearings were replaced. Repair and replacement was covered
3500 mi Dealer replaced defective hood latch under warranty. Latch would un-latch on rough roads or at high speed (safety catch would always prevent hood from opening, however).
13000 mi Cracked windshield required replacement; insurance paid 100%. Crack began at windshield edge, no defined impact site. Technician thought it might be a stress crack (i.e. defect in the glass).

11000 mi They repaired a loose windshield wiper arm attachment. I was told by the dealer they are designed to loosen themselves so nothing breaks if there is resistance. This was caused by snow. Took 4 days because they entered wrong area code.
20000 mi Cargo net anchor fell off the car for the second time. They reinstalled it. Last time the dealer changed the oil, they did not replace three of the fasteners from the oil filter cover on the underbody pan. They replaced them this visit.

33000 mi Broken seat trim pieces replaced. Were damaged by mechanic during 3rd seat frame replacement.
