Went to Firestone for routine alignment after putting on summer tires. I asked them to diagnose and repair a "clunk" I heard whenever going over bumps. It was a broken tie rod (as I recall). When trying to remove the part, the bolt head broke off leaving the rest of the bolt still inside. They had to remove the entire assembly and send it in to a machine shop to be drilled out and repaired via Helicoil.
