7000 mi Coming home from 80 mile trip, halfway home transmission started whining, at next light car did not want to pull away, engine lugged, transmission would not get car to speed till got to a long downhill, dealer said nothing wrong with car. 
170000 mi CVT does not work anymore and is not repairable. Get a new one is very costly and very difficult to get a CVT FWD. Car is going to be scrapped even though everything else is in good working condition. 
1148 mi My transmission DIED at 1148 miles! I was driving with cruise on and all of the sudden it reved and then quit working. Sat on side of the road for 4 hours before tow truck arrived.
