Grinding noise from front of car. Noise went away when cornering to one side. Replaced both front wheel hubs with pre-assembled Dorman hubs.

Had to replace front shock eye bushings on both sides. The rubber had worn and the bolt was no longer centered. This was to save the Xreas shocks.

Steering wheel became extremely difficult to turn. Seemed like power steering had failed. Internet search suggested steering column CV joint. Lubing this mitigated the problem. Had shop replace the CV joint.

Instead installed 4 aftermarket struts and removed X-REAS. Noise from new replacement struts, most likely due to improper tightening of top nut.
