We drove the Prius like any other normal non-hybrid car and without trying we were able to consistently achieve 41 - 46 miles per gallon.
The Prius is very reliable and we had no concerns at all regarding its durability. We did have an issue with one of the headlights, but it was replaced under warranty.
The Prius is very futuristic and unique. You will either love it or hate it. We loved everything about it - the dashboard, digital display, push button start, keyless entry, touch screen display - even the funky shifter.
The touch screen controls for the radio are well designed and easy to use.
