What Our Members Are Saying about the Price of the the Toyota Camry
| Price of the Toyota Camry: Pros | ||
| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2010 | 4dr Sedan 169-horsepower 2.5L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | It was lease takeover. $149mo. for 11 months with a $13.3 buyout/resell |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | One of the biggest reasons for buying the Camry is that Toyota offers a disability reinbursment where they will pay for adaptive equipment added to the car. Now my wife will be able to drive. The Altima did not offer this. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | The 2007 Camry SE V6 is a great compromise between luxury, performance and affordability. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD | This car was a Hertz rental car. It was a very good price with a good warranty. |

| 2011 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | Why pay more for less????? |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | If I have to get same features on Camry (which I got on accord), I have to spend above 30k + APR also will be high. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | Expensive |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | Dealer was not willing to deal oter than cursory reductions. DId not want to "Open Book" pricing and discounts, tried to hide them in "lease" payments |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | Price too high and dealer would not deal. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD | Too expensive a premium for hybrid. They come stripped or loaded (mostly loaded) with nothing in between. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | I was able to get a much better deal on the Accord. |

| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Car seems well made and quite sturdy for a small entry level vehicle. |
| 2008 | 2dr Hatch 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
Knew nothing of them before buying. |
| 2008 | 2dr Hatch 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
When you shut the doors you get that satisfiying "thunk" sound. Plastics are a quality. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
close tolerance seams - paint and interior appointments. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
Solid car for an econobox, put together well, with the only issue being a front pillar that works loose on ocassion. |

| 2011 | 2dr Hatch 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Passenger Door seal leaked water from melting snow - outside temperatures below freezing and may have affected seal. Should not happen |
| 2009 | 4dr Hatch 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Interior felt very cheap and uncomfortable. The shift lever felt sloppy and sort of squished into gear. |
| 2009 | 2dr Hatch 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Felt cheap and cramped inside. Very small trunk. Backseat only useable for small children. Difficult to get into the backseat. |
| 2007 | 2dr Hatch 106-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
all around felt cheap. Felt like corners had been cut as opposed to the versa which felt amazingly well built for the cost. |

| 2012 | 4dr Sedan 156-horsepower 2.5L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
The interior materials are much higher quality than the Camry. The Camry felt very cheap, not like a car that costs over $30k. The Fusion felt like a more expensive BMW or Audi with the interior quality. There were no large gaps or uneven edges between materials. The exterior build quality is also better in the Fusion. The doors close smoothly and without being too heavy or too light. The hood fits very tightly with the frame. The trunk closes easily but without slamming. And, best of all, the trunk includes a little handle for closing so that you don't have to grab the exterior of trunk but can just close it with that handle. Just like my Saab does!! |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
no loose ends, everything fits right and stays in place |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
This car has had zero problems. Superior to every other Camry year and make out there. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
All materials appear to be good quality and well put together |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
I met an owner who had 350,000 miles, and the car still looked good. In 19,000 miles we have no problem, other than the squeaky brake pads, which were replaced. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
Fit and finish are consistent. |

Paint is very easily chipped and scraped |
| 2005 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
