174000 1100 Major Service - had never replaced my brake pads or rotors (I'm the original owner). Given that fronts were at 5.5mm and backs at 6.5mm (wear was even), decided to go ahead and do it. BTW, I still have my original clutch.... 
177000 1486 Fan controller unit died-burned out primary + auxiliary cooling fans. I noticed the issue approx. 11 wks prior & called the shop. Shop missed issue via phone + during inspection-diagnosis occurred after owner req. SA to drive car prior to payment.
