2019 Hyundai Veloster N Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh For a car with its handling capability, the Veloster N rides well. But those seeking a cushy ride won't find it here. 2014 Chevrolet Cruze Diesel Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh The Cruze normally has a smooth, stable, well-damped ride. So I was quite surprised when driving the Cruze Diesel by the amount of bobbling about provoked by uneven road surfaces. 2013 Honda Civic Si Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh For a performance-oriented compact car, the Honda Civic Si rides very well. Some roads with uneven surfaces felt bumpy, but these were the exception rather than the rule. In comparison, the Jetta GLI feels almost harsh, with much sharper reactions to small bumps and chuckholes. Comparison vehicle: 2012 Volkswagen Jetta |
2013 Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh In general the Jetta Hybrid rides fairly smoothly. The GLI certainly feels more harsh over minor bumps and chuckholes. But on one stretch of highway the ride became so rhythmically lumpy that I stopped the car to check for a flat. Comparison vehicle: 2013 Acura ILX |

2009 Volkswagen Jetta Pros and Cons onefastdriver Very tight and put together - to a point. Past its limits, it gets very "wallowy", but is not something most people will encounter. The 6 speed DSG transmission is amazingly smooth. First gear, though is very jerky and hard to control. |

2006 Volkswagen Jetta Pros and Cons A member in Virginia, United States This is not really a complaint, but the car is sensitive and transmits road imperfections which is a sign of its communicative sporty nature. It keeps you positively involved with the driving experience where other cars in this class might inspire sleep. |

2007 Volkswagen Jetta Pros and Cons Member417 The ride is firm, not cushy at all. Very European feel. You definitely feel the road, but not in a bad way. |
