What Our Members Are Saying about the Reliability And Durability of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class

Mercedes-Benz S-Class Reliability And Durability: Cons
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2007 4dr Sedan, ext. 382-horsepower 5.5L V8
7-speed shiftable automatic RWD
My S550 had a transmission failure at about 45,000km. the torque converter casing had a flaw in it and it cracked. this stopped the car from being drivable. This should not really ahppen in a car costing in excess of $100,000 in my opinion. full 2007 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
