2007 Lexus IS Real Gas Mileage: Pros
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2008 4dr Sedan 204-horsepower 2.5L V6
6-speed shiftable automatic AWD
My real world economy has been 33 mpg hwy (not the computer figure, an optimistic 34.5-35)which is better than expected and slightly over 20 in city driving (not heavy traffic), also better than expected see full Lexus IS review
2008 4dr Sedan 204-horsepower 2.5L V6
6-speed shiftable automatic AWD
Good fuel economy for a 1600kg car with AWD. see full Lexus IS review
2006 4dr Sedan 204-horsepower 2.5L V6
6-speed shiftable automatic RWD
At around 200hp, it isnt the fastest luxury sedan. However, on my roadtrip across the eastern / mid eastern USA I was able to get ~33 ish mpg (computer reported) on flat terrain and premium fuel. City mpg is what I expect,22-25ish. But I think it is great as a long distance comfortable vehicle. see full Lexus IS review
