Email address: change or provide backup
Please provide a backup email address, so that we can contact you if you stop using your current address (but forget to notify us). The backup address can be another email address you use, or one belonging to a close friend or relative.
Even if you have provided a back-up address, please do your best to notify us of any address changes, as it could be a month or more before we notice that you are not responding to email sent to the old address.
Enrolled cars: view, add, remove
To view enrolled cars and Reliability Survey responses, click here.
To add a car, use the same form you used to add the original car.
To remove a car or correct an error, send us an email.
If you ever submitted a survey for this car, include the month and odometer reading when sold.
Car Reliability Survey
This survey, which is the source of the "Times in the Shop" stat, can be accessed through encoded links in emails sent regularly to members with qualifying cars.
To have the survey email re-sent, click here.
Surveys began in November 2005 for a few models. Current list. Additional models are added once there are 25 (per model year).
Results are available for many models. New results quarterly.

Car Repair History Survey
You can provide repair histories for the 2002 and newer cars you own or used to own. This survey is optional, requires no minimum sample, and supplements the regular and required reliability survey.
Go to the Repair History Survey.
Gas Mileage Survey
Provide gas mileage for 2002 and newer cars. You can enter data from as many fill-ups as you like, but even one would be helpful.
Why (Not) This Car?
For 2002 and newer cars, report why you bought the car you did, and didn't buy your second choice.
Go to the "Why (Not) This Car?" Survey.
We also have a more detailed Car Comparison Survey, but it's currently on the "back burner."

Prices: Personal feature values
Are the standard values TrueDelta assigns to some features in price comparisons much different than the prices you would be willing to pay for these features?
Well, as a panel member you can enter your own values, and alter them as often as you wish. When performing price comparisons you will be asked which set of feature values you want to use.
To get started: set your own feature values
