Sep20091800070Oem (not toyota) metal valve cap stickes to the valve because of galvanic corrosion. During yearly service the garage mechanic broke the valve by unscrewing it. Tire pressure warning sensor inside tire had to be replaced with a used one ($35+shipping).

Feb2009350000Brake Actuator is still having issues with trapped air and Toyota has not fix in place. I have been told it's a non-safety issue and can not be repaired.
