2012 Cadillac CTS

4dr Sedan 270-horsepower 3.0L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic AWD

Why the Cadillac CTS?

Exterior styling: Love the look. Have to go with the Black on Black. This car steals the show when it comes to looks.

Interior styling: Base model is still very nice. The pleather seats are very good quality and are comfortable. The stiching in the pleather makes the interior luxurious. The silver info center is handsome, and the inboard dash gives the inside a very nice sports car theme.

Handling: I have the base AWD and was very surprised at the handling. I feel very confident maneuvering this auto. Its handling is very sporty and on the stiff side for a cadilac.Very much a sports car. Corners perfectly.

Ride smoothness: Like Butter. Very nice ride especially in the 5th and 6th gears. Ride is smoother as the MPHs increase.

Feature availability: I love the bluetooth capability. the sound is crystal clear and understands the commands most of the time. The Bose is rich and can be played very loud without NOISE.

Why Not the Cadillac CTS?

Controls and instruments: Some of the controls are behind the steering wheel. The window controls are very low, and the temperature controls are hard to find when driving.

Rear seat room & comfort: Hard to get in and out of. not much head room. The material is nice.

Feature availability: Some of the options should be standard. Its a Caddy cmon its supposed to be loaded.

Materials & workmanship: eventhough the pleather is very nice, its a caddy and should be standard leather. the passengers seats should have electronic adjustments as a standard and not options. Also the 3.0 should have dual exhaust.

Driving position & visibility: Front view has pretty good visibilty. Backing up is hard as the rear window is small and hard to see out of. the side view mirrors are a must.
