Why the 2008 Buick Enclave?

Exterior styling

Buick is finally producing cars that compete and exceed the styling of the european competitive models. THis car looks great and we still get comments on it after almost 2 years of ownership. We bought one of the first ones in our area!

Interior styling

The interior styling is considerably nicer than my mother in laws considerably more expensive Lexus 400H luxiry SUV.

Ride smoothness

This car is smooth as silk. The 3.6 liter may considered by some to be a bit small for a car its size, but it is an amazing engine, and has never given us a point where we felt it was underpowered. Its amazing quiet as well!

Quietness

Considerably quieter than BMW X5 and Lexus RX400H.

Why Not the 2008 Buick Enclave?

Fuel economy

This is the one thing that is a weak point. at 12-16 MPG, this car could use a larger and more efficient engine. Had GM not folded, there was talks of a hybrid version (which still may come out as a Caddy) which we would definitely buy without hesitation.
