Why the 2005 Chrysler Town & Country?

Past personal experience

Our Touring series has been very reliable, enjoyable to drive on long trips, quiet, performs well. We love the flexibility of the Stow-n-go seats.

Handling

For a tall vehicle the handling is very good, very predictable, stable and the ride is comfortable. We go on regular 400 miles trips to our ski condo and it is always a pleasure to drive, tight at 51k miles

Feature availability

The flexibility of the Stow-n-go seats should not be underestimated. We are coming up on 4 years of ownership and still get a kick out of stowing the seats to make room for stuff.

Powertrain performance

The 3.8 liter engine is a good blend of power and economy. Example: at this moment the computer shows 17.4 mpg for all city driving. If I drive for economy I routinely get 26 mpg on the 800 mile round trip to the mountains [no A/C usage] which.
