Check Engine light displayed. Needs new Powertrain Control Module.
Loose trim panel rattle in rear of van. Dealer to address.
4.0 Liter engine started consuming oil. Approximately 1 quart every 2,000 miles. Not noticeable burning, no blue smoke in exhaust. No warning, just noticed during routine maintenance.

Car "whining" for a few weeks. Suddenly wouldn't start, engine lights on. Diagnostic said EGR valve bad. "Engine choking itself out, computer cutting off fuel sensor." Replaced EGR valve.

Van would shut off while idling. Exchanged van for a newer one. Dealership never found problem. Even though there was one.
Catalytic converter went bad and had a loud noise coming out of exhaust at freeway speeds. Was a technical service repair you had to complain, a regular warranty under Emission section. Van has 45K on it not 50K as stated above
Cheap Plastic connection between cooling hoses broke and threw anti-freeze all over the engine compartment. I noticed before it overheated engine. My tech who did repair work put in as replacement metal connections instead of Chrysler cheap plastic ones. He says happens all the time with this van and wish Chrysler would start using better parts in their engine parts. Very poor quality in critical places and doesn't help their car reviews at all.
