Cheap Plastic connection between cooling hoses broke and threw anti-freeze all over the engine compartment. I noticed before it overheated engine. My tech who did repair work put in as replacement metal connections instead of Chrysler cheap plastic ones. He says happens all the time with this van and wish Chrysler would start using better parts in their engine parts. Very poor quality in critical places and doesn't help their car reviews at all.
7000 mi Vehicle had a thumping sound found a TSB once chrysler comes out with a replacement part they will replace tension pully.

The entire electrical system needed to be replaced due to a faulty defective plastic Y pipe that bursted while driving spraying scalding hot antifreeze all over the engine bay including all electronics. It also melted part of the Master Cylinder housing where brake fluid started leaking out from the rubber inserts holding the master cylinder to the brake booster. The alternator, starter battery and a bunch of wires had to be replaced the leaking coolant caused an electrical short my dash board lights flicker the A/C switch clock a/c controls headlight switch all burnt out bulbs. All this because 1 faulty defective coolant fitting located above a very hot exhaust pipe. Chrysler has done me wrong I will never forget it. I can not believe how many parts and hours of my own I have invested into this LEMON stay away far away.I have all receipts for all parts replaced due to this defect. I have been loosing oil since I purchased this lemon, the dealer fixed a bad leaking intake gasket a few years ago I went back told them still loosing oil they said sure that is the new normal. No it is not finally I checked under the car and saw oil leaking looks like it was coming from the oil filter but I checked very thoroughly and found the filter good it was actually the oil filter adapter, so I did some research and sure enough Chrysler has a TSB and an updated oil filter adaptor to fix the leaking oil. Well what do you know Crappy Chrysler does it again just proving these Chrysler, Dodge Jeeps are all LEMONS and put together like garbage. At least the company got their name right CRY SLER. Lots of people crying pulling their hair out with all these problems. What else is new Only In America made in America. Can you say garbage made in America today I rather have a car made in China at least it will last longer. I want my old Oldsmobile Cutlass back 1988 OLDS was made in America and lasted forever never had a problem till I sold it. I have learned my lesson my next car will be a fixer upper from the junk yard from the 80's when Americas knew how to build a vehicle. Just to the dopes wanting to leave a negative comment yes I am America born and raised 7Th Generation so I can say what ever the hell I want.

After finding oil drippings on the garage floor I assumed it was a loose oil filter. Well I assumer wrong after a week I noticed a leak again so purchased some Full synthetic oil and a filter from autozone and when removing the filter I noticed the oil housing leaking from the gasket. Long story short this is a dealer item easy to repair but NOTE just another Chrysler part failed under normal use after research Chrysler updated the part due to prone failure I did make sure I got the updated oil housing adaptor make sure you do to.
